So, on the 7th anniversary of her major debut, the China pop diva decides to return to the raw, unadulterated state of music with her first live album, which was recorded on April 9th, 2012 with a big band in front of an audience of lucky fans. Produced by Taiwanese hitmaker Jim Lee, Listen to Jane Z Live focuses on the singer’s beautiful voice, impeccable delivery, and strong live presence. The eclectic set list includes both original new songs and classic covers, such as the twin main plugs, the refreshing ballad “Not So Easy” and the English-language single I Didn’t Know.
張靚穎一直渴望錄製一張現場錄音專輯，以歌手最飽滿的情緒即時感動觀眾，讓台上台下的直接交流造就最純粹的感動。於是這位中國樂壇國際級天后決意在其演唱生涯的第七年回歸音樂的原貌，於2012年4月9日夥同大樂隊，在一群特選樂迷觀眾跟前同步錄製她夢寐以求的首張Live專輯《傾聽張靚穎》。台灣著名音樂人Jim Lee擔當了音樂總監暨專輯製作人，旨在凸顯張靚穎的現場魅力、動聽歌聲及零瑕疵演唱，而多元化的曲目之中既有原創新歌亦有舊歌翻唱，包括首波推薦雙主打：清新小品「好不容易」以及英語概念單曲「I Didn’t Know」等。
